Accounts Receivable Specialist
£27,000 to £30,000 + Private Health Care + Excellent Benefits
Chippenham / Hybrid / Flexible ( 3 days per week office based / Tues-Thurs)
I am recruiting an Accounts Receivable Specialist to work for my award-winning client based in Chippenham.
Reporting to the tenured Team Leader, working in a friendly motivated tenured team you will enjoy building relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

About the job:
- Establish contact with new clients and record accounts contacts
- Ensure timely collection of payments
- Produce debt reports
- Apply cash received accurately to invoices and credit notes
- Manage client accounts on the internal system for all billing and collection activities
- Submit monthly and daily postal invoices
- Query resolution
- Manage client portals to ensure they have updated, and accurate information recorded
- General maintenance and updating of all aspects of the Sales Ledger

About you:
- Previous Credit Control / Sales Ledger experience
- Previous billing experience
