Technical Business Analyst
Westminster
£400 per day (umbrella)
Full Time Contract (3 months)
Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Technical Business Analyst in Westminster. This is a contract with a scope for extension working full time hours.
The job:
- The postholder could be asked to work in a range of ways, from being part of a Product team working to iterate a product to continuously improve and meet the needs of our users, to a member of a Project team using Agile/Waterfall methodologies to deliver agreed outcomes, or a member of a service team delivering against a set of requirements
- Through the way the teams will work the postholder will drive a change to the culture of the organisation as part of the Digital Housing portfolio
- Build and execute backlogs of work throughout the product lifecycle, working across your team to translate user need into user stories
- Visualise service journeys in a variety of tools; map current and future processes, to quantify steps and pain points, and prioritise development as well as agree product scope
- Take responsibility for writing user stories; define success measures and definitions of done; work with other team members to move stories through a backlog; contribute to product vision and the scope of MVPs and value release
The candidate:
- At least 5 years of experience working in a similar capacity is essential
- Experience working in a similar capacity within a housing environment or a public sector setting is desirable
- Must be willing to work in a customer-facing role
