: £11.44 per hour

This role is fully office based working 35 hours per week.

We are currently recruiting for a

Business Process Administrator

to join a dynamic team in a Back Office environment. This role is based at a central location in Birmingham, offering a great opportunity for candidates looking to gain experience in business administration.

Key Responsibilities

:

  • Facilitate the smooth execution of business processes in a Customer Services Back Office setting.
  • Support the Invoicing Team with tasks such as creating, downloading, and outsourcing customer invoices.
  • Handle customer requests related to purchase orders and copy invoices.
  • Ensure timely and accurate creation and amendments of customer accounts in the ERP system.
  • Monitor multiple customer services inboxes and address a wide range of queries.
  • Perform administrative tasks in a target-driven environment.

Key Skills Required

:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain processes clearly.
  • Logical problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet targets.
  • Experience working with Google and Microsoft applications, including Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP.
