End User Support | Hardware, Software | Laptop | iPhone
My client based in Crawley are looking to recruit an experienced Support Specialist, you will support, maintain and manage all laptops and iPhone (Hardware and software support).
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide support with excellent customer service to all internal users.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and bring to resolution both software and hardware client support requests
- Incident monitoring of tickets through the ticketing system
- Assisting in local Projects
- Create and maintain PC images
- Prepare PC's and iPhones for new starters and follow the company refresh program
- PC and iPhone management including procurement, support and updates
- Windows OS and Office updates and upgrades
- Software vulnerability management to secure company devices using Defender365
- Complete software deployments through automatic systems of approved tools
- Device backup review and resolving issues through Redstor PRO
- Anti-malware protection review, diagnostics and resolution
- Under instruction where needed maintain, install, replace, server and network equipment in server rooms
Skills sought
- Experience supporting Windows PCs and iPhones mobile devices
- Strong laptop building skills.
- 5+yrs experience of working in IT support
- Experience supporting approximately 200 or more employees
- Experience providing a range of software solutions, being solution focused
Experience and technical knowledge of the following is desirable:
- Windows OS, Microsoft O365 Applications, TEL internal BU software, Dell computers and peripherals, and remote access solutions
- Experience of iVanti LANDesk, MECM, Malwarebytes, Windows Defender, Redstor backup will also be advantageous
