Duties
- Acting as a technical escalation point to the IT service desk
- Working closely with the infrastructure team on projects
- Audit and document client infrastructure

- Veritas (Symantec) Backup Exec
- Network Support
- HPE/Dell SANs
- Server Hardware & Switches
- Office 365 & Azure
- PowerShell
- Windows Server
Location: Cardiff/Hybrid working
Salary: Up to £45,000
Must have Full UK driving licence
MSP experience highly desirable
