Roles and Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Supervisor you will be responsible for the following...

  • Effective delivery of the site maintenance strategy.
  • Liaising with the Production team, and the Reliability Team.
  • Coordinating maintenance activities, and optimising plant safety, availability, performance, and quality.
  • Supervising a team of technicians whilst overseeing all aspects of maintenance and fault diagnosis.
  • Planning, organising and undertaking corrective and reactive maintenance.
  • Delivering improvement projects and cost reduction activities.

Skills, Education and Qualifications

  • Time served maintenance technician/engineer with a background in manufacturing.
  • Experience in a supervisory role is desirable.
  • IOSH/NEBOSH
