As a creative Social Media Content Creator, your responsibilities will include:
- Writing compelling and creative copy for posts across various platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram, etc.)
- Scheduling and publishing posts using social media management tools
- Make recommendations based on engagement
- Managing email lists and sending out e-shots according to the calendar
- Monitoring and analysing e-shot performance to optimise and improve results
- Writing, editing, and publishing engaging content for the website, including blog posts, articles, and landing pages
- Ensuring optimisation for SEO to improve search engine rankings
- Assisting in managing pay-per-click advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, and social media channels
- Managing and utilising the company's LinkedIn platform for distribution and engagement
- Tracking performance and adjusting strategies as needed to enhance effectiveness
- Providing regular reports and insights to Account Managers on engagement metrics and campaign successes
- Collaborating with colleagues in the design team to ensure high-quality visual content
- Developing, designing and building email campaigns (e-shots) that engage and convert
- Participating in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for new initiatives
We're looking for a
Social Media Content Creator with the following:
- A passion and understanding of crafting attention-grabbing content
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, or a similar role in social media
- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail
- Familiarity with social media management and scheduling tools
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms and best practices
- Knowledge of basic SEO principles
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite)
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- A willingness to learn and cultivate new skills
In return, you will receive a salary of £23,000 - £26,000 per annum, which will be revisited after 12 months.
