Our valued client, based in Cardiff is seeking an enthusiastic and committed HR Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations.

This position requires a detail-oriented, organised, and driven individual. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and gain relevant experience within HR. As the HR Administrator, you will be working closely with the HR Manager and HR Advisor assisting with various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing general administrative support to the HR team.
  • Handling employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Managing and updating the HR Databases.
  • Support the HR team in implementing HR initiatives and projects.
  • Data entry
  • Absence management

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a Human Resources role
  • Strong data entry skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • CIPD (Desirable)
