General Administrator

Premier Work Support are recruting for a permanent General Adminstrator for their client, who are a London based Glaziers and Aluminium Manufacturers serving the entire UK.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Undertake a variety of bookkeeping responsibilities and general accounts
  • Keeping accounts up to date
  • Chasing customer for payments
  • Reports/statements
  • Communicating at all stages with colleagues and clients where necessary
  • Processes payments and documents such as invoices, and employee reimbursements.
  • Bank & Credit Card reconciliations
  • Monitoring customer accounts: debt management & credit control
  • Processing financial transactions, completing monthly reconciliations, and resolving incomplete records
  • Assisting with monthly reporting and year end accounts
  • Working with the Sales Manager on general admin and processes

The Candidate:

  • Accounting background
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ideal but not essential
  • Experience of other accounting software's such as SAGE 50 is essential
  • Ability to work as part of a team and take direction accurately
  • Analytical thinker and problem solver
  • Friendly and confident telephone manner

Hours of work are: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.

You will have free onsite parking and there may be some flexibility with the working hours
