Aviation Operations Manager
This leading aviation company are looking for an Operations Manager to join their growing team. You will be responsible for managing a small team, ensuring the successful running of the department, while working closely with Sales and commercial.
Aviation Manager Role and Responsibility
- Organise the on call rota, weekly reviews and team meetings.
- Ensure the team is running effectively and implement and necessary changes.
- Manager all aspects of flights, liaising with clients and operators.
- Check weather, slots and permits.
- Book and check ancillary services.
- Maintain communication with clients on all aspects of their flight.
Operations Manger Skills and Experience Required
- Three years proven experience in a similar role, ideally in private aviation.
- Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work well and stay calm under pressure and to deal with difficult situations.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to liaise at Senior Director level.
