The role of the Sales Estimator - Windows will involve:
- Sales Estimator role dealing with a high end manufactured range of windows
- Liaising with main contractors, house builders and developers for new build and commercial projects
- Will be responsible for taking enquiries from clients over the phone and email
- Analyse drawings and specifications to gain a full understanding of projects
- Writing up quotes on the back of enquiries and talking through the quote with the client
- Build and develop relationships with clients throughout the process to encourage repeat business
- Dealing with projects ranging in value from £2,000k - £1,000,000
- 100% of your time will be spent in the office
The ideal applicant will be a Sales Estimator - Windows with:
- Must have sales or estimating experience within the construction manufacturing industry
- Highly advantageous if experienced in the glass, glazing, windows, doors, fenestration market sector
- Must have a good understanding of technical drawings and building regulations
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to build and develop relationships
- Wanting to forge a career
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- Driven, hungry, ambitious and enthusiastic
