Global HR Data Analyst

Posted by Frazer Jones.

I am thrilled to recruit a Global HR Data Analyst for PeopleSoft an outstanding professional services business based in London. This is an outstanding role where you will run the operational HR reporting, MI, and insights for the global population, but you will also take charge of bringing new ideas to the table. This role gives you a chance to proactively work with stakeholders to come up with new ways of reporting, covering new subject matter, and breaking new ground.

  • Your responsibilities include the regular delivery of reports based on an established schedule and addressing day-to-day reporting requirements. With the recent upgrade to PeopleSoft 9.2, you are expected to enhance report delivery by leveraging analytics and utilizing delivered dashboards.
  • This position is pivotal in contributing to the success of the business's Global HR program, necessitating close collaboration with key stakeholders such as HR Directors, Centers of Excellence Directors, Managers, subject matter experts, and cross-functional project teams.
  • Key tasks involve collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders to comprehensively gather and document requirements, pinpointing the necessary data for reporting solutions, and offering general reporting support to the HR and Business community.
  • You will be actively involved in designing, building, and delivering functional reports, both in the current PeopleSoft 9.1 environment and after the transition to PeopleSoft 9.2. Client consultation is crucial, ensuring data privacy and confidentiality.
  • Your role extends to driving data gathering, conducting thorough reviews and analyses, and efficiently distinguishing user requests from actual needs.
  • Attention to detail is paramount, and any discrepancies or anomalies will need to be communicated to the appropriate data owners.
  • Regular meetings with stakeholders for reviewing and validating business and functional requirements, ensuring data accuracy, and managing dependencies are critical aspects of your role.
  • Obtaining stakeholder buy-in and proactively managing expectations throughout projects is imperative.
  • Besides these responsibilities, you will be flexible to undertake other duties as assigned to align with the firm's goals and objectives.

The role offers a competitive pay of up to £70,000 + benefits on a permanent basis. You will be comfortable with working to tight deadlines. If you're interested in this role and would like more information, please apply, and contact Anton Blades at Frazer Jones with any questions or to have a confidential discussion about your job search.
