What You'll Do As Mechanical Maintenance Engineer:
- Maintain and optimize a wide range of advanced recycling and refuse machinery.
- Execute proactive preventive maintenance schedules and swiftly address reactive mechanical repairs.
- Engage in various welding and fabrication tasks within a mid-to-heavy engineering environment.
- Ensure all equipment operates safely and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of the facility.

What We're Looking For:
- Time-served mechanical engineer with at least an HNC qualification.
- Solid experience in mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair in a factory or heavy plant setting.
- Proficiency in MIG/Stick welding, with a strong understanding of mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and conveyors.
- Ability to work independently, safely, and effectively manage a busy workload.
