Property Litigation Paralegal - Norwich
This would be an excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Litigation Paralegal to accelerate their career with a leading law firm in Norwich.
This highly regarded team acts on a wide range of residential, commercial and agricultural property disputes including but not limited to; landlord and tenant disputes, leasehold disputes, boundary disputes, restrictive covenants, trespassing claims, possession claims, disrepair claims etc.
This opportunity will allow for strong hands-on exposure and the opportunity to handle and oversee your own files (under supervision).
Candidates will be experienced in overseeing their own caseload, and will be experienced in taking instructions from clients, preparing court bundles and issuing proceedings, competent in liaising with the courts and navigating the court process, attending meetings with fee earners, counsel, clients and third parties, conducting legal research, preparing detailed case summaries and preparing for trials, mediations and hearings.
