About the role
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Technical and CDM legislation while ensuring their house types meet building regulations and warranty requirements.
- Monitoring and reporting on the progress of developments, preparing architectural drawings, and ensuring all architectural information is accurate, clear, and professionally presented.
- Title Overlays & Pre-Construction Packs
- Create title overlays and assist in preparing pre-exchange and pre-completion packs.
What we would like from you
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Archicad and AutoDesk 3D
- Attention to detail on design work
- Basic skills in Sketchup and Photoshop - desirable
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
