Graduate Account Manager / Trainee Account Manager (A/B test job titles)

The role:
We are looking to hire an outstanding graduate calibre candidate.
We will provide you with exceptional training and support. The successful candidate will receive inbound enquiries from domestic and corporate customers.
Your role will be to ask engaging questions, fact find and understand client requirements. You will then advise clients on solutions our company can provide to assist them with their Waste disposal needs.
Listening skills are essential to help you communicate to customers how our services can benefit them. We would like you to convert inbound leads into fantastic new customers, whom you will develop into longer term account customers.
You will then manage your own customer base of larger commercial customers and national accounts to grow your revenue over the longer term.
We provide in house training, industry and product knowledge and a thorough induction process. We will be looking to support your development and growth within our company for the longer term.
You will be based in our Wingrave office, handling both telephone and email enquiries. This is a targeted role, but targets are both realistic and achievable.
Skills and Experience
Previous sales or inbound customer service experience is essential.
- A graduate level candidate with a good educational background is desirable, but not essential, for an outstanding candidate with previous relevant experience.
- Fantastic verbal communication skills - listening, processing information, explaining is essential, as is a can-do attitude and an achiever mindset.
- The ability to write well and craft sales communication emails is also essential.
- You will bring energy, enthusiasm, great organisational skills and a sharp intellect to engage customers.
Remuneration & Benefits
Base salary of £25,000 - £30,000 pa, depending on experience, plus commission.
Realistic on Target earnings of £40,000+ (uncapped).
