We are looking for an administrator to support the parking team based in South Hams. This is a temporary role for 3 months initially.
Monday to Friday 08:30am - 16:30pm.
Duties will include:
- Run the associated weekly/daily reports and input data onto the relevant parking statistics spreadsheet.
- Manage the DO-NOT-REPLY Parking inbox - this is mostly reports covered by the work on the above spreadsheets, but also includes forwarding on/archiving other reports.
- Answering general enquiries.
- Responding to first stage challenges.
- Downloading and sending all letters to Post Room for dispatch daily.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
- 5 GSCE's or equivalent experience including English and Maths.
- Competent with Microsoft Office programs to include Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
- Good organisational and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
