Tech Bar Engineer - M365/ Windows

We are working with an IT Consultancy who are need in of a Tech Bar Engineer to be based on-site at their clients offices to provide user based support for Laptops, Devices, Printers etc.
You will be part of the Tech Bar team who provide a 1st point of contact customer service and will guide the user through a fix for the issue at hand. And anything that needs further investigation can be escalated to the Service Desk if needed.
You will be responsible for supporting Windows based devices running Windows 10 and Windows 11
Skills Required:
- Fundamental IT Knowledge in Windows 10 and Windows 11 OS
- Azures MFA (Multi Factor Authentication
- ServiceNow or a similar ticketing system.
