- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
- Lead and mentor junior IT staff, providing guidance and training as needed
- Manage IT infrastructure including servers, network devices, and cloud services
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of IT systems and applications
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address IT needs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
