Description
- Manage due diligence projects and teams to prepare a quality client deliverables
- Support junior team members, helping them with technical aspects and aiding their development
- Interpret and analyse financial and operational information including historical and projected trading, cash flow and balance sheets
- Identify key issues which may affect transaction value
- Identifying and quantifying potential risk areas that may need to be addressed as part of the deal structure
Profile
- ACA/ACCA Qualified
- Proven experience in a Corporate Finance and/or Transaction Services role
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
- You are client-focused with an emphasis on quality, detail and accuracy
- You have the ability to see the bigger picture and thrive under pressure.
