Axon Moore has exclusively partnered with a new client in Chorley as they create a new Financial Controller position in their business to help them as they grow.
This is an excellent part of industry to be in. Axon Moore has a number of other local clients in a similar position who are growing and attracting investment in this sector. Its a great place for a business minded Financial Controller to hone their craft as a future FD but pick up a wider skill set within operations and commercial to round them off as a true SME leader.
The role will report directly to a Managing Director who is astute, entrepreneurial and a real innovator within their industry. The outgoing Finance Director will be provide an ongoing support and mentoring relationship to the new person, and will be on hand to coach them as they progress to FD themselves.
The role will suit an ambitious individual with a strong core skill set within technical accounting and management accounts (qualified). It'll be a very varied role and will suit an inquisitive individual who is people orientated and results driven.
