Maternity Cover

Managing sales in Box/enquiries for VCP

Contract review for VCP (i.e Booking on of orders, and required associated functions associated with this)

Stock Management of VCP inventory

Raising of Delivery notes for the required Harltex and Goodflex Customer

Assisting with booking of international shipments

Greeting Customers & visitors at Goodflex as the first point of contact

Being the first point of call for answering and directing of all incoming calls for the group of companies

Liaise with customers to provide information on current orders with guidance from production manager and account managers

Must have exceptional organisation and communication skills. Should be highly driven, motivated, and work in a structured way. Must maintain be polite and professional

Positive attitude vital, with a desire to learn and develop. The person must be proactive, a good team player and have confidence when speaking with customers

Good level of IT and analytical skills are required in order to fulfil this role, together with presenting everything to a high-quality standard at all times. Ideally, as a minimum, a basic knowledge of word, outlook and excel is required and previous experience within an office environment role
