Job Title: Legal Assistant
Salary: £25,000 - £29,000 per annum
Location: St. Albans
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday - 9.00 am - 5.15pm

Are now seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join their dynamic team and support the firm in delivering high-quality services for their property team.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Knowledge, experience and passion for Property Law and practices
- Educated to degree level
- Experience of working within property department of a law firm
- Ability to work calmly under pressure
- Ability to multi-task, organise and prioritise and plan
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Progressing the matter file under the solicitors instructions
- Provide a courteous and efficient service to clients
- Answer the telephone or meet clients who call into the office
- Assist solicitors with their property files
- Opening and closing client files in accordance with standard procedures
- Maintain Solicitors diaries
