The Role:
As a Psychology Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with children with a variety of Special Educational Needs (SEN), including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and emotional or behavioural challenges.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing one-on-one and small group support to students, helping them engage and progress academically and socially.
Assisting with individualised education plans (IEPs) and working with the SENCO to adapt learning strategies.
Using your knowledge of psychology to understand and respond to children unique behaviours and needs.
Developing positive relationships with students to support their emotional well-being and resilience.

Eligibility Requirements:
To be eligible for this role, you must:
Hold the Right to Work in the UK.
Have an enhanced DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application.
