Our Channels & Delivery team are responsible for the execution of all campaigns across every marketing channel and customer touchpoint, ensuring that the campaign message reaches our customers in the most effective way. Each Channel team are responsible for channel planning, creative delivery and ongoing performance optimisation, working closely with the Brands & Campaigns team who support the whole team in ensuring strategic and creative integrity of our brand and our campaigns.

We're looking for a Leaflet Marketing Assistant to be part of a super energetic team who plan, create and deliver the Weekly Specialbuys Leaflet. How does that sound? You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and wider team to lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of our well-known and much loved Weekly Specialbuys Leaflets. You will have the opportunity to use your creative skills to develop highly engaging and industry leading content that raises the bar on our communications which will not only be used in the Leaflet but across wider marketing channels, too.

Your New Role

  • Planning and development of Weekly Specialbuy Leaflets (and at times, the Seasonal Brochures)
  • Making proactive recommendations for content creation, then delivering on these!
  • Managing our agency partners to ensure the Leaflet is delivered to a high standard and within budget
  • Developing close relationships and managing key stakeholder communication within the Marketing and wider Buying function to ensure an aligned approach across our Specialbuys programme
  • Project Management and all day-to-day activities associated with production of the Leaflet
  • Reporting and analysis
  • Strong understanding of the business and marketing strategy and how these can be delivered via the Weekly Specialbuys Leaflet

About You

  • Experience within a marketing role (client or agency side)
  • Communication and stakeholder management skills - you need to not be afraid to challenge and ask questions!
  • A demonstrable record of managing delivery from agencies
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Highly organised
  • A natural skill for attention to detail
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Experience working in marketing, either for a marketing agency or in-house
