Our client, a leading Build to Rent company, is currently seeking a temporary Customer Service Advisor to support them during a busy period. This is an excellent opportunity to provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
**Customer Service Advisor Job Description
- Welcome and assist customers upon arrival.
- Check-in new customers and provide room tours.
- Send out necessary customer information.
- Receive and store parcels, and deliver to designated rooms.
- Organise and distribute key fobs.
- Conduct building walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness and maintenance.
- Book in maintenance faults and log all visitors.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as needed.
**Customer Service Advisor Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in retail, hotels, accommodation, or similar industries.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent email and phone communication skills.
