Job Title: Product Manager

Our client is a leading food business who supply to a variety of the major retailers. As they continue to expand and grow their presence in the marketplace they are now seeking a driven and ambitious Product Manager to join their business.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Customer Product Stock Management:
- Oversee product stocks and produce daily stock allocation and order of use.
- Conduct product re-inspections and update consignment level yield information.
Quality Control Verification:
- Verify all QC team reports and scores.
- Update the systems with action plans and work instructions.
- Publish and send verified QC reports, and action any revisions.
Customer Rejection Management:
- Update systems with rejection information and complete investigation responses.
- Collaborate with the Technical team to update processes and provide staff training.
Customer Liaison:
- Maintain communication with customer Product Managers and Technical Managers.
- Share quality information with the team and provide weekly performance updates.
Service Level Performance:
- Maintain and update Quality Service Level reports.
- Update the complaints dashboard.
About you:
- Experience in a similar role in food manufacturing is required
