We are seeking an organised and proactive Events Coordinator for a temporary role starting on 27th August. The position will primarily involve supporting online events for a membership organisation, requiring expertise in MS Teams and Zoom for event management, presentations, and speaker support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage online events, webinars, and meetings using MS Teams and Zoom.
  • Provide speaker support and ensure seamless delivery of virtual presentations.
  • Update member details and respond to queries within the CRM system.
  • Assist in organising and delivering key events and workshops.

Essential Criteria:

  • Previous experience event coordination.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Teams and Zoom for online event management.
  • High level of digital literacy, including MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
