The company you would be working for is an international gaming group operating through venues and online channels. They are a constituent member of the FTSE Small Cap with shares being traded on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
Your new role
As an Insight Analyst, you will provide insightful and actionable analyses to support recommendations on commercial decisions, on areas such as acquisition, CRM and loyalty programs, cross-sell strategies, churn and customer behaviour, all while supporting the Digital business. You will look at customer behaviours and inform the business on what they should be actioning, when and why. You will also be reporting on campaigns, looking at their high-value customers and help make commercial decisions around upgrades / downgrades, etc.
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong SQL experience more
- Industry experience is desirable
- A few years of experience in a relevant role
- Strong technical capability, but also personable skills to be able to work with stakeholders
- The ability to not just churn numbers, but be able to present clearly, showing insights.
