  • Collaborate closely with the customer service team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Implement feedback from customers to improve service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on any outstanding issues.
  • Contribute to the development of customer service protocols and procedures.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and best practices in customer service.
  • Advocate for customers within the organisation, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Profile

A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:

  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
