We are looking for an Accounts Payble Assistant to support the Finance Manager processing the purchase ledger and will require efficiency and accuracy across the Groups companies. The role will include:
- Supporting the Finance Manager
- Processing purchase ledgers and cover for the sales ledger
- Credit control and preparing monthly reports
- Bank and petty cash reconciliations
- Inter company transfers
- Dealing with suppliers
- Staff expenses and company credit card processing
- Opportunity to assist with VAT returns ad CIC returns
Experience required:
- Solid knowledge of processing accounting transactions
- AAT - study support available
- Great interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and as a team
- Excel and Sage is a distinct advantage
