Facility Assistant

The ROLE
The Facilities Assistant will provide site support, including grounds maintenance, cleaning, minor repairs, routine maintenance and pre-planned maintenance programmes, etc. The minutia of the role includes;
- Day-to-day maintenance
- Building and grounds maintenance
- Fire alarm
- Assisting with security
- Respond urgent issues as required
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for a Facilities Assistant with the following background:
- General maintenance skills - carpentry, plumbing, basic electrics, etc.
- Good communication skills
- Excellent team player
- Enjoy working in a supportive team environment
- Take pride in doing a good job
Salary: Depending on experience, Great pension scheme, Private Health/Dental, etc.
