Role Overview:

As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons to students in a supportive and stimulating learning environment. You will play a key role in shaping the educational experiences of young learners and contributing to their academic and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all students.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students' participation and engagement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement the school's curriculum and educational strategies.
  • Manage classroom behavior and foster a respectful and productive learning atmosphere.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and development.

Key Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Passion for teaching and commitment to students' educational and personal growth.
  • Experience with specific educational programs or interventions.
  • Additional qualifications or training relevant to primary education.
