Our client is seeking a seasoned
Sales Support Administrator
to join their dynamic and supportive team!

The Role:
- Point of contact to b2b customers, handling incoming sales orders and enquiries
- Quoting new customers and following up to convert to sales orders
- Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Advising customers on stock availability and lead times
- Sourcing alternatives where necessary
- Maintaining accurate customer records on the CRM system
- Assisting accounts, investigating invoice discrepancies
The Person:
- Previous customer service/sales support experience in a B2B market is essential
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- An 'unflappable' approach when meeting deadlines in a busy and ever-changing market
