We are small housing association based in Croydon with big goals, employing just over 50 members of staff looking after 1600 homes. We have an exciting opportunity to join our ICT Team.
**What you will achieve in the role:**As ccha's ICT Manager, you will be a dynamic, outcome focused leader who will join our Senior Management Team. This is a key role in the organisation ensuring current systems are efficient, process mapped, resistance mitigated and staff have the tools and resources to be able to embed these. You will be managing a team of three, our service provider, IT budgets, oversee the whole IT for the business covering both infrastructure, applications and data. You will pro-actively support ccha's business plan, team objectives and strategies, be responsible for IT governance, data management, IT security, contract management, IT strategy and performance management.
What you'll bring to ccha – Comfortable withmanaging a relatively small team with leading, developing and mentoring, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning. Ensure team alignment with the organisation's vision and objectives. Ability to drive organisational change initiatives, ensuring the effective adoption of new technologies and processes. Champion change, mitigating resistance and inspiring staff to embrace new ways of working.
Key skills required:
- Third party supplier management and contract negotiation.
- Experience in IT management, preferably within the housing or non-profit sector.
- Experience in leading change management and inspiring teams through transformation.
- Experience of MS SQL tools including SSMS, SSRS and SSIS.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience managing IT budgets.
- Knowledge of Web development and online solution technologies.
