We are recruiting for a Senior Customer Service Advisor role, which offers excellent training and progression opportunities.
Salary - £27-28,000
Hours - 8.30am-5.00pm Monday to Friday
Main duties:
- First point of contact for customer queries
- Answering a small number of internal and external calls.
- Processing customer orders & ordering additional items required
- Updating of CRM information to management system
- Generating paperwork and maintaining reports.
- To complete necessary paperwork & maintain filing systems
- Processing high volume orders accurately on the in-house CRM system.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years administration/ customer services experience within a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent telephone manner.
