Day to Day of the Role:
- Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and convert them into loyal customers.
- Craft concise and compelling SMS messages that align with ongoing marketing strategies and promotions.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of email and SMS campaigns, using insights to optimize future efforts.
- Segment email lists and personalize messages to cater to different customer profiles and preferences.
- Ensure all email and SMS marketing activities comply with legal regulations and best practices.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to create visually appealing email templates and engaging content.
- Test and iterate on various messaging strategies to continually improve engagement rates and ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in email and SMS marketing to keep our campaigns innovative and effective.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in email and SMS marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns.
- Strong understanding of email marketing platforms and SMS delivery systems.

- Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to convey messages succinctly.
