We are hiring for a Sales Development Representative for a leading SaaS vendor. This long-established company have been a recognised leader within their sector for over 15 years. With a truly best in class portfolio of products, they are now looking to grow their team on the back of a new product launch. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team who provide and be part of their continued success story.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Conduct outbound prospecting campaigns through cold-calls, emails, video-mails, social selling, and events to create initial contact with prospects and secure appointments.
- Qualification: Understand and qualify the needs of prospects to guide them towards suitable solutions.
- Collaboration: Transfer prospect information to Account Executives for customer sign-ups.
- CRM Management: Use CRM tools (Salesforce, Salesloft) to monitor and report performance metrics.
- Feedback: Provide daily feedback to support the Sales team's growth.
Your Profile:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, able to interact with C-Level Finance staff.
- Ambitious, tenacious, and target-driven.
- Enthusiastic about cold-calling and see it as an effective prospecting tool.
- Team player willing to take risks for the team.
- Fluent in English.
- Bonus: Previous experience in Sales or as an SDR/BDR.
