Travel and Tourism Lecturer

We are currently seeking a Travel and Tourism Lecturer to join a vibrant college in Wolverhampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality learning experiences and enrichment activities that inspire and promote learner engagement and achievement.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Deliver engaging and informative lessons in Travel and Tourism to a diverse group of learners.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to enhance the learning experience.
- Provide support and guidance to students, fostering an environment conducive to learning and personal development.
- Assess student work and provide constructive feedback to facilitate improvement.
- Participate in curriculum development and stay updated with the latest industry trends and educational best practices.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share resources and strategies for student success.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A Level 3 qualification or above in Travel and Tourism, or equivalent.
- A Level 2 qualification or equivalent in English and Maths.
- Hold a teaching qualification or be currently working towards one.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and engage students in the learning process.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and educational excellence.
