L3 Senior Social Worker -Children's Service (South West London)
We are currently seeking Experienced Social Workers with a passion for or background in working with disabled children and young people to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Requirements (L3 Senior Social Worker -Children's Service):
- Minimum of 3 years' post-Assessed and Supported Year in Employment experience.
- Demonstrated interest in or experience of working with disabled children and young people.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
Responsibilities (Social Care):
- Conduct comprehensive assessments.
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide direct support and intervention to children and families.
- Monitor and review progress regularly, making adjustments to plans as needed.
- Provide guidance and support to less experienced staff members.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records.
