As the Recruitment Consultant you will be:
- Covering the East/West Midlands regions
- Be prepared to get out there and meet clients on sites on a daily basis
- Creating partnerships with clients and understanding their needs in great detail.
- Make and create conversations with contractors on a daily basis
- Meeting clients within designated areas.
- Meeting daily and weekly set KPI's
The successful Recruitment Consultant will receive a competitive salary, pension, 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays and commissions.
