Job Role: Picking Operative
Hours: Monday – Friday 07:00 – 15:30 (Saturdays also available)- may change into AM and PM shift during peak.
Role Type: Temp min 2-3 months
Hourly rate: £12.50 per hour
gap personnel Bristol are operating as an employment business and currently looking to recruit picking operatives for a luxury beauty company based in Avonmouth with immediate start positions!
Our client is coming into their peak season and is looking to recruit additional head count to support the uplift in business needs, this role could transition into a temporary ongoing role for the right candidate who excels within this project.
Job Responsibilities:
- Use of hand held scanners
- You will ensure that all products are handled and packed correctly
- Following job sheets and client specific job orders
- Attention to detail
- Labelling and packing boxes
- Making and assembling boxes
- Palletising
The Candidates
- Previous warehouse experience with hand held scanners is essential
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lift and carry, experience with Manual Handling
- Must be able to provide 2 references
