We're pleased to be recruiting for an IT Support Technician to join a fantastic organisation in Cambridgeshire, on an interim basis.
You'll be providing additional support to a committed team, tackling challenging problems and providing an excellent service experience to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st & 2nd line support, diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related problems
- Assist with maintenance and support for systems including Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, and Active Directory.
- Communicate effectively to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Document all support activities, resolutions, and technical details in the support system.
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in 2nd line support.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and escalation procedures.
- Prior experience working within a service desk or IT support environment.
- Strong technical understanding of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows 10/11.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear technical explanations.
- Experience in providing remote and on-site support in a structured and efficient manner.
- Good organisational skills with a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
