Job Title: Finance Administrator

Location: Sevenoaks

Hours per Week: 35

Minimum Term: 8 weeks (must have no holiday booked during this time)

Description:

I am seeking a detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join my clients finance department on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will provide holiday and vacancy cover, supporting their multi-site operations. Experience with period-end processes and double-entry accounting is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, journal posting, and familiarity with finance management reports are required. Confidentiality and professionalism are paramount due to potential interaction with payroll reports.

Responsibilities (not exhaustive):

  1. Daily Revenue Reports:
  • Generate and manipulate daily revenue reports for multiple sites

  • Ensure accurate data entry into the finance system.

  1. Bank Reconciliations:
  • Perform bank reconciliations and uploads for all 16 bank accounts.
  1. Accruals and Prepayments:
  • Assist with accruals and prepayments.
  1. Expense Control:
  • Download reports from the purchasing system and maintain expense control files.
