Health and Social Care Coach - Fordingbridge

Our client, a prominent player in the training sector, is currently seeking a Health and Social Care Coach to join their dynamic team. They are the largest apprenticeship provider and they are looking for Health and Social Care professionals supervisor level or above - Training is provided

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering the apprenticeship framework to learners at their place of work.
  • Providing support, guidance, and motivation to help learners achieve career-building qualifications.
  • Assisting learners in acquiring transferable skills in Maths and English when necessary.
  • Managing administrative tasks related to training delivery.
  • Enabling quality care and high professional standards through effective coaching and mentoring.
  • Encouraging and supporting the trajectory from caregiver to coach.
  • Maintaining a high standard of ongoing professional development.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience of working in health and social care at management or supervisor level.
  • Level 3 Health and Social Care Qualification or above.
  • Extensive and relevant vocational experience in senior care roles.
  • Expertise within Dementia, Learning Disabilities, and Adult Health and Social Care settings.
  • Proven capability in high-demand environments, working to targets and tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and self-motivation skills.
  • Experience within a Work-Based Learning (WBL) or educational environment is advantageous.
