Role: Customer Service Representative
Salary: £27,500 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (30-minute lunch break)
Location: Near the Etihad Stadium, Manchester (Onsite parking available)
Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences? Search Manchester are working with a growing company who are looking for somebody to join their team as a Customer Service Representative!
You'll play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction across all touch points, both online and over the telephone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via email, telephone, and live chat, guiding them to the right products or services.
- Own and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain and improve service processes, policies, and standards.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a calm manner under pressure.
- Conscientious with strong organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
