The Role:
- Responsible for developing the agency's social proposition, covering content, social, and influence marketing.
- Responsible for selling Social services to CMOs.
- Responsible for being part of the senior leadership team, supporting the C-suit leaders with strategy, revenue, D&I, and culture projects.
- Responsible for managing a P&L worth over £1m and increasing the P&L.
- Responsible for managing Business Directors and overseeing a team of 10 plus.
The Candidate:
- 8 years plus experience in Social Media management.
- Experienced in commercial responsibilities, managing and growing P&Ls, pitching for new business, and selling social services.
- Experienced in managing large teams.
- Experienced in managing client relationships with CMO-level stakeholders.
