Our client, a prestigious finance firm, is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Executive Assistant to join their team. As the EA to Director, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Director and managing their busy schedule. Responsibilities:

  • Organise and manage the Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Handle all travel arrangements, both domestic and international.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist with document management, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct research on various topics and provide valuable insights to support decision-making.
  • Coordinate team meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and assignments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
