Our client a leading designer and manufacture of pet products based in Nottingham are recruiting for a brand marketing manager.

This role is open due to huge growth of the business. This is an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning company with over 24 employees across offices in three countries, including Nottingham, UK, Czech Republic, and South Korea.
Key Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Strategy and Development:
  • Develop and implement brand marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and equity.

  • Define and maintain brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all marketing efforts and touchpoints.

  1. Marketing Campaigns:
  • Plan, create, and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and resonate with target audiences.

  • Oversee the development of marketing materials, including advertisements, social media content, email campaigns, and website content.

  1. Content Creation and Management:
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging and high-quality content that reflects the brand's voice and values.

  • Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all marketing materials.

  1. Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends.

  • Analyse competitive landscape and identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.

  1. Partnerships and Collaborations:
  • Identify and manage partnerships and collaborations with influencers, media outlets, and other relevant stakeholders.

  • Coordinate co-marketing initiatives and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility.

  1. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Track and analyse the performance of brand marketing campaigns, providing regular reports on key metrics such as brand awareness, engagement, and ROI.

  • Use data-driven insights to refine and optimise marketing strategies.

  1. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment on brand initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar role within a consumer-facing industry.
  • Strong understanding of brand marketing principles and best practices.
  • Excellent creative and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels and tools.
  • Exceptional communication, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the pet products industry or a passion for dogs.
  • Knowledge of ecommerce platforms such as Shopify.
  • Familiarity with CRM and email marketing platforms (Klaviyo preferred).
