We are seeking candidates with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in a secondary school environment. **Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored tutoring sessions to Key Stage 3 and/or Key Stage 4 students in your subject specialism.
- Plan and adapt engaging lessons to suit the specific needs and abilities of individuals or small groups.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to students and schools.
- Promote a positive learning environment and uphold the school's behaviour and safeguarding policies.
**Person Specification:
Essential:
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Recent experience teaching in a UK secondary school
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum in your specific discipline
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- A student-centred approach and ability to inspire learners
Desirable:
- Experience teaching English, maths, Science or Humanities
